Apartment Les Niveoles is a stylish 1 to 2 bedroom apartment situated in an exclusive, newly built small complex, in the beautiful alpine village of Morillon, just 50 minutes from Geneva airport. This 38m2 apartment comes complete with a double bedroom, a bunk area, and a sofa bed, making the property sleep to 6 people, ideal for families and small groups to enjoy.
Located in an ideal position for year round holidays, in winter the main Morillon telecabine is a 6-7 minute walk, or the free and regular ski bus stop is just 50m from the apartment. The village centre is a short 5 minute walk, with all the local resort amenities such as cafes, bars, restaurants, a bakery, supermarket and the popular weekly market. In summer, spring and autumn a stunning alpine lake with numerous activities such as pumptrack, horse riding, an adventure park in the forest, tennis courts and an inflatable kids park are just 3 minutes walk from the apartment.
The apartment features a spacious open plan layout with a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living area with LCD TV. A large south facing balcony, offers stunning views down the valley towards the biggest and most dramatic snow capped peaks in the valley.

Apartment Les Niveoles is a truly fresh and bright apartment, arranged over 38m2. The apartment has been lovingly furnished by its caring owners to create a comfortable and convenient property to stay in and enjoy this beautiful area. A hallway, with several built in storage cupboards, takes you from the entrance to the spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen areas. To your left is a modern fully equipped kitchen featuring high quality appliances, a full size electric fan oven, four ring hob, microwave, dishwasher and a coffee maker. In the dining area, an extending circular dining table can comfortably seat up to 6 people. A large sofa, which can also be converted into a bed, takes centre stage in the living area where guests can relax in front of a large LCD TV with DVD player and DVDs. Free WiFi is also provided.
Light floods in through the tall glass doors leading off the living area, providing access to the south facing balcony, complete with table and chairs. Guests benefit from a private parking space and a ski locker. The apartment also contains a combined washing machine and dryer.

The apartment offers a bright and spacious master bedroom with a comfortable double bed, made ready for your arrival with quality crisp bed linen and soft furnishings. The bedroom has ample storage space in the large built in wardrobe.
A "coin montagne" provides a second bedroom area, where guests will find a full size set of bunk beds. Additionally, the lounge area contains a comfortable double sofa bed to provide flexible sleeping arrangements for families or small groups alike.
The apartment has a spacious family bathroom with cool modern tiles, a large shower, vanity unit with sink, towel radiator and WC. The bathroom comes with a selection of starter toiletries and towels provided.
Apartment Les Niveoles boasts a large 12m2 south facing balcony with stunning views down the valley towards dramatic snow capped peaks. Outdoor furniture, including a 4 seater sofa, table and 6 chairs are provided, as well as an electric BBQ. The apartment has access to flat communal gardens which surround the building, and offer a great place to relax, or play, at all times of the year.
Guests benefit from a private parking space and a private ski locker with a portable ski boot dryer.
The delightful apartment Les Niveoles occupies a fantastic position within Morillon village, ideally placed for holidays at any time of the year.
During the winter months the ski bus stop is found just 50m from the apartment. Free and regular bus services run to the main Morillon telecabine, ensuring quick and easy access to the vast Grand Massif ski domain. Should guests wish to enjoy the fresh mountain air, a scenic walk of around 7-minutes will take you to the same telecabine.
Depending on the snow conditions there are some excellent cross-country skiing terrain just 200m from the apartment’s front door. These trails link to a vast network of Nordic trails running all along the valley, and include a breathtaking circuit around the valley's frozen lakes. Walkers can also enjoy these circuits during the winter, by following the designated snow-shoeing trails, as well as sledging areas.
In summer, the stunning mountain lake, Lac Bleu, with patrolled swimming area and beach is only a 3-minute walk from the apartment. In spring, summer, and autumn, the area surrounding the lake hosts many activities such as a very popular pump track, horse riding, tennis, beach volleyball, giant inflatable kids park, obstacle course and the exciting Les Aventuriers du Lac adventure park. Or if you prefer, relax in the sunshine while enjoying the breathtaking views and a refreshing drink at the friendly bar / restaurant located by the lake.
The main village of Morillon, where you will find shops, cafes and bars, restaurants, a bakery and a butcher is a short 5-minute walk from Les Niveoles. Be sure not to miss the weekly market either, held in the village centre each Sunday morning.

The location is super convenient, and a great bonus to be within walking distance of the main Morillon lift. The kitchen was one of the best equipped I have found in a holiday rental, and so lovely that the owners have taken the trouble to provide matching china, and sharp knives. And, this apartment must have the highest quota of storage space per square meter. We had a great week!"

As a family, we love skiing and cycling and as our children are both alpine ski racers and triathletes, the Giffre Valley is perfect place for them to indulge their love of snowsports and cycling whilst we try to keep up with them! We have been coming to the Grand Massif for several years now in both summer and winter and we bought our apartment in Morillon in 2015 because we feel that the area has the perfect set up for families - in the winter, the miles and miles of varied piste mean that it never feels too crowded and in the summer, there is plenty to do on foot, on wheels or on the water.
