Lovely house and great hot tub - a lovely asset for the house. We had a fantastic stay. The basket of food and goodies on arrival was really appreciated - especially to have milk / juice straight away after a long journey.

A truly wonderful experience for our 4 families. Quality Chalets in a superb location. Ideal for a very small walk into the delightful village of Samoens. Surrounded by outstanding scenery which greeted you wherever you went. Satisfied the varied demands for cycling, running and walking activities for the different levels within the group. The bedrooms, all with ensuite facilities, were very comfortable with good quality beds and bed linen and ensured a good night's sleep The high quality towels and toiletries were much appreciated. The kitchen was ideal for us and was equipped to the highest of standards. Dining indoors was brilliant with the large table seating everyone. The outside space and small pool was a real bonus in the glorious weather we experienced. Our hosts, Kat and Dave, were on hand to help out when necessary. Thank you for helping us have a family get together we will never forget We will return.

What a fabulous week in Chalet Moccand. After not being able to make it over at Easter for skiing, Alison and Tom were super helpful and we managed to get over for a sunny week in the Alps! Lazy pool days and enjoying the garden, white water rafting and biking, we’ve had a super time. Kat was very helpful and the chalet was spotless on arrival. Thanks Tom and Alison and all the Alps team, looking forward to returning for new year.

We also used Massif Cuisine for in-chalet catering for 4 nights and would highly recommend them and our fantastic chef Dan and his partner.

Outstanding from start to finish. Chalet Moccand was perfect for us in a fab location, with the village centre being just a few minutes’ walk from the chalet. It is beautifully decorated with ample room for 10 fitness enthusiasts coming to run a race (Samoens Trail Tour). The rooms offered a variety of sleeping options from doubles, twins to bunk beds. The bathrooms were finished to a high spec and were in keeping with the style of the property. The kitchen offered great space and facilities to prepare a mighty feast. Even with 10 of us all sorting our race supplies in the morning there was still plenty of room. The dining area was huge, boasting a beautiful rustic table, as did the living area, furnished with leather sofas, large cozy blankets, a flat screen TV and of course the fireplace forming the heart of this perfect dwelling. We all loved the sunny garden and massive hot tub, it was a home-from-home with a very warm welcome. We will be visiting again. If you're looking for accommodation in Samoens this is the place to come.
