Chalet Louisa is a stunning 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom detached chalet in Samoens which can comfortably sleep 8 people. Spanning 127m2, this light and spacious brand new chalet has been beautifully decorated by it's owners to create a cosy and homely feel, ideal for relaxing after a day in the mountains! Located on a sunny south facing terrace, the bubbly hot tub is without doubt a real highlight, and is the perfect place to take in the views in winter or summer. Other highlights includes a comforting log fire, spacious ensuite bedrooms with luxurious king size beds, and high quality fixtures and fittings throughout.
Located in the picturesque hamlet of Les Vallons, the chalet is surrounded by beautiful views, offers quick and easy access to the outstanding natural environment, yet remains just 900m from Samoens village centre. At the end of the drive, a ski bus stop can be found offering quick access to the Grand Massif Express Gondola and vast Grand Massif ski area.
A private garage provides secure covered parking for one car, with further parking for three cars on a private driveway. A ski locker is available for storing equipment and clothing.

Description
You are welcomed into Chalet Louisa via a cloakroom area beautifully decorated with candles, soft furnishings, and charming decorations, while also providing good storage space for clothing and footwear.
Carry on a little further and you enter the light and spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen areas. To the left, the warming crackle of the log fire, surrounded by a large deep comfortable sofa and chairs. A large television with satellite channels provides entertainment, while Wi-Fi and a selection of family board games are also available.
On the opposite side of this impressive space, the dining area is positioned in front of several glass doors offering fantastic views over the surrounding gardens and mountains. A truly great place to dine with family and friends as the snowflakes float down outside!
The kitchen comes fully equipped with highlights including a Nespresso machine with milk frother, raclette and fondue machines, full size oven, microwave and dishwasher.
A washing machine and separate dryer are also provided.

Chalet Louisa features 4 spacious ensuite bedrooms located on the upper level of the chalet and boasting luxurious king size beds, quality mattresses and linen, and great storage space.
Bedroom 1 offers the height of luxury and includes a huge king size bed (180cm), and an ensuite bathroom boasting double ‘his and her’ sinks, bath, large walk-in shower, WC and towel radiator. Two south facing doors provide great views and plenty of light, while two built in wardrobes and a chest of drawers offer excellent storage space.
In bedroom 2 you will find twin beds which can also be configured as a king size double bed (180cm wide). The ensuite bedroom features a shower, sink with vanity unit, towel radiator and WC. A built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers provide storage. A glass door provides access to a south facing balcony (shared with bedroom 3) offering fantastic views over the gardens and mountains beyond.
Bedroom 3 offers guests the option of a king size bed (180cm wide) or twin beds, with another ensuite bathroom featuring a shower, sink with vanity unit, towel radiator and WC. Storage is provided courtesy of built-in wardrobes and a chest of drawers. Direct access to a south facing balcony (shared with bedroom 2) offers more great views.
Lastly, bedroom 4 is another impressive bedroom with king size bed (180cm wide) and spacious ensuite bathroom. In the bathroom you will find ‘his and her’ double sinks, a bath with integrated shower, towel radiator and WC.
Exterior
One of the undisputed highlights of Chalet Louisa is the luxurious hot tub. Located on a terrace wrapping around the south and east sides of the chalet, the bubbly hot tub is the perfect place to take in beautiful snowy views. In the summer, the terrace and lawned area combine to offer a great space for dining and playing! A gas BBQ is provided.
Parking for one car is available in a closed garage, while three further parking spaces are available on the private driveway. A ski locker is available in the garage providing storage for equipment and clothing.

Location
Chalet Louisa boats an excellent location in the unspoiled hamlet of Les Vallons, just 900m from Samoens village centre and its many amenities including cafes, bars, restaurants, local shops, boulangeries and grocery shops.
During the winter months, the chalet is around 100m from the nearest bus stop which offers an efficient link to the Grand Massif Telecabine and impressive Grand Massif network. Alternatively, a scenic riverside walk of around 1.4km will take you to the same lift.
The chalet is also well located for spring, summer and autumn stays, making it a great year-round choice. You’ll find several great walking/biking trails surrounding the chalet from gentle riverside trails to full day hikes up peaks such as the dramatic Criou mountain. The Clevieux river, 500m from the chalet, leads to the glacial Giffre river and on to the Grand Massif Telecabine (around 15mins walk) which is open in July and August offering quick access to even more hikes, bike trails and some amazing picnic spots! The beautiful lakes of Samoens boast a life guarded swimming area plus many other activities such as tennis, basketball, adventure parks, golf driving range, restaurants and bars.

Equipped with everything you would need for a great stay. 5 nights catered with fantastic food from Nikki (a local caterer). Hot tub is a must!! About the owners
We came across Samoens when staying with friends one winter, we loved the glorious mountain surroundings and the warm welcoming village. We decided this was the place for us, so we started the process of finding a place, when we stumbled across a small new build development. So we took the plunge. After 2 long years we finally got our dream chalet built and furnished to a high standard. The views are truly stunning, and to sit in the hot tub after a days skiing or walking, looking at the views is delightful. We hope all our clients enjoy their stay as much as we do and that they have a truly wonderful stay.
