Les Fermes de Samoens F4 is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom terraced chalet, which can sleep up to 8 people. This modern property is spread over three levels and spans 79m2.
Located in the popular Fermes de Samoens residence, enjoy fabulous facilities including a sauna, hammam, gym, outdoor pool (summer only) and small indoor pool (open all year except May). You’ll also find a communal lounge with a fireplace and pool table. Access to the swimming pools is free, and you will receive one complimentary session in the sauna or hammam, while additional sessions can be purchased for a small fee.
The residence boasts a fantastic location within Samoens village, just 5 minutes walk from the village centre, and with a ski bus stop opposite the residence, just a few metres away. Alternatively, you can reach the Grand Massif Express telecabine on foot in about 10-12 minutes.

On entering Fermes de Samoens F4, a corridor leads you directly into the open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with light flooding in through French windows leading to the terrace and communal gardens. In the modern kitchen, you’ll find a 4 plate hob, electric fan oven, separate microwave, dishwasher, and a good amount of work surface area. The dining area provides an attractive wooden dining table and high-quality dining chairs seating up to 8 comfortably. In the living area, you’ll find a huge, deep, comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains! A smart TV with Netflix, and Wi-Fi provide entertainment.
A communal laundry is available with coin operated washing machines.

The four bedrooms of Fermes de Samoens F4 are located on the first and second floors of the property.
On the first floor, bedroom one features a double bed (140cm wide) with lovely views towards the Criou mountain above Samoens. A large built-in wardrobe provides great storage space. Bedroom two is a twin room with its own private balcony offering fabulous views towards a waterfall and the mountains of the Grand Massif ski area, as well as a sunny exposition. Ample storage space is provided in a small wardrobe. Bedrooms one and two share a bathroom offering a bath with integrated shower, sink with vanity unit and towel radiator. There is also a separate WC.
On the second floor, bedroom three offers a spacious double bedroom (140cm wide) with a chest of drawers and hanging rack providing storage. There is also a smart TV and Playstation 4 in this room. Bedroom four also contains a double bed (140cm wide), plus an additional single mattress providing flexible sleeping options. A built-in wardrobe offers storage space. Bedrooms three and four share a bathroom containing shower, sink with vanity unit, towel radiator, and WC.
A third bathroom can be found on the ground floor, where you'll find a shower, sink with vanity unit, towel radiator and WC.
Fermes de Samoens F4 boasts a fabulous south-facing terrace offering fantastic views towards surrounding mountains and waterfalls. A large outdoor table with 8 chairs are provided. Beyond the terrace, extensive communal gardens offer a great place for family games and sunbathing!
The property offers one private covered parking space, plus further ample communal parking.
The Fermes de Samoëns residence is situated in a peaceful location just 5-minute walk from Samoens village centre.
In winter you’ll find a ski bus stop just metes from the property, offering quick and easy access to the Grand Massif Express telecabine. If you prefer, the same telecabine can be accessed on foot in around 10-12 minutes, or there is car parking directly opposite. The impressive ice skating rink in Samoens is about a 10 minute walk, and the closest cross-country skiing pistes are only a few hundred metres away.
In the summer, you’ll find many excellent walking trails surrounding the residence, and fantastic hiking and biking opportunities on the banks of the beautiful Giffre river. Samoens fantastic outdoor pool, as well as the lakes and surrounding activities, can be reached by foot in around 12-15mins, or by car in a few minutes with parking available.

"Wow this place is stunning. The decor is tasteful, the beds were comfortable and the sheets were cotton and beautifully ironed. The place was spotlessly clean and really well designed. There was plenty of utensils, glasses, crockery, cutlery and towels. The chalet has lots of nice touches like a speaker, candles, soft throws and blankets, coffee machine and coffee grinder. Fantastic TV with online streaming services. The chalet is less than 10 minutes walk into the town and the ski lift. The ski bus stop is just around the corner. I cannot fault the chalet or the hosts great communication from Stephanie before during and after our stay, could not ask for more. If you are looking for accommodation in Samoens look no further. We will be returning."

"Our stay at Les Fermes de Samoens F4 was superb. The location is excellent, just a short stroll to the centre of Samoens. We visited the area for running and hiking and again, the location is perfect to get into the mountains for either. The chalet itself is excellent, super comfortable and spotlessly clean with all you could need for a great and easy stay. We were really impressed with the attention to detail and how everything was taken care of. Particularly memorable was the outdoor dining area where we had our breakfast and morning coffee, with views of the mountains and the very impressive waterfall. We would highly recommend, and we will definitely return for another stay this time in the winter for some skiing."
