New to the market! Apartment CH7 is a stunning modern apartment located in a brand new piste side residence in Morillon village. This split level apartment is arranged over 89m2 (12.6m2 less than 1.8m high) and featuring 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 people in complete comfort and style.

The impressive apartment offers quality at every turn, mixing contemporary and traditional design featuring comfy leather sofas, attractive alpine decor, and high quality linen and soft furnishings. A remote controlled electric fire helps generate a cosy atmosphere, while large glass doors give great views to the adjacent piste and mountains beyond. Enjoy relaxing evenings in front of the Smart TV, or one a selection of books and family games provided. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

A large easterly balcony for outside dining, offers fantastic views over the piste and distant alpine vistas. Communal gardens surround the complex, offering a great space to relax or play.  This property truly offers an ideal setting for families and groups to enjoy year round holidays.

The apartment is located at the end of the return piste to Morillon village, allowing guests to ski all the way back to their door step when conditions allow.  This ski run is equipped with numerous snow cannons, in addition the descent can be made via the telecabine with the base station just 40 metres from the apartment. The lift offers quick access to the excellent local Morillon Les Esserts pistes as well as the vast Grand Massif network. Based in the centre of the village, the apartment is close to all the local shops and amenities, with the nearest bars and restaurants less than 100m away.  The popular Lac Bleu with beach and year round activities is an easy 10 minute stroll away.

This property is privately owned and has been carefully selected to be in Alps Accommodation’s premier portfolio. It has a Friday changeover for winter 2017/18 then Saturday changeover day onwards, however in low season and for last minute bookings, flexible arrival day and length of stay may be available. Contact us for more information.



On arrival at the residence of Clos Honoraz you immediately appreciate the quality and warming welcome of this brand new luxury development.  As you enter the apartment into a spacious hallway area, there is excellent storage space for footwear and outdoor clothing. You are drawn towards the bright and spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen areas, as light fills the room through glass doors which lead to the balcony. The lounge features two deep and comfortable leather sofas which offer views out over the balcony to the piste and mountains beyond. A beautiful wooden chest doubles up as a coffee table while a remote control electric fire adds to the cosy, homely atmosphere. Entertainment is provided by a Smart TV with satellite receiver and Bose surround sound system. A selection of books and family games are provided, while free Wi-Fi is also available.

In the dining area, a solid wooden dining table with leather seating can host up to 8 people in complete comfort. A striking contemporary pendant light hangs overhead creating a lovely ambiance for another delicious meal.  The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could need for your holiday. Highlights include an electric fan oven and 4 ring induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and great storage and work space. Luxurious additions include a Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, plus a raclette machine for cheese lovers!

Guests will find a washing machine in the lower level utility room.

Apartment CH7 boasts 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms spread over two levels. All bedrooms feature luxurious Hilary Devey collection mattresses, silk duvets, and high quality linen and soft furnishings. Guests can expect thoughtful extras such as embroidered towels and complimentary robes, while Bose docking stations are available in three bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 is the ensuite master bedroom located on the lower level of the apartment. It features a comfy double bed while the large ensuite bathroom comes complete with a shower, vanity unit with sink, towel radiator and WC. A large built in wardrobe provides excellent storage.

Moving to the upper level of the apartment, bedroom 2 is another delightful double bedroom offering fabulous northerly views over Morillon village. Storage is provided by an attractive large wooden chest of drawers.

Bedroom 3 is another cosy double bedroom enjoying more beautiful alpine views. It enjoys great storage provided by a large chest of drawers and built in wardrobe.

Bedroom 4 features a luxurious king size bed, which can also be arranged as a twin on request. Hanging and space either side of the bed provides storage space.

The upper level features a family bathroom with large shower, vanity unit with built in sink, towel radiator and WC.

In the living area, a double sofa bed provides flexible sleeping arrangements with prior request.

A separate WC is located on the lower level.



The Clos Honoraz residence, is a small and exclusive development, with an attractive chalet style facade.  Apartment CH7 features a large 12m2 balcony offering great views of the adjacent piste, as well as fantastic alpine views over Morillon village. Equipped with an infra-red directional heater, it enjoys a great deal of morning sunshine thanks to it’s easterly aspect, making it a perfect spot for a morning coffee. Communal gardens surround the property providing a great space to be enjoyed by the whole family.

Guests have access to a ski locker and cave, and private locked garage. Further exterior communal parking is also available.

In winter, cross country skiers will find the closest pistes of our vast local network around 300m from the apartment. Those wishing to explore other parts of the valley can find a free ski bus just 40m from the apartment which links Morillon to Verchaix, Samoens, Sixt and the Col du Joux Plane.

For guests visiting in spring, summer and autumn, popular Lac Bleu is just 10 minutes’ walk away, offering swimming and beach area with life guard, while numerous activities surround the lake such as an adventure park, horse riding, and tennis. Keen walkers will enjoy the vast array of walking trails that are easily accessible from the apartment whether you are looking for gentle riverside strolls, or rugged mountain peaks. Mountain bikers will enjoy dozens of trails whether looking for gentle trails on the valley floor, or lift served adventures in the Grand Massif. Road bikers are equally well catered for with the famous Col de Joux Plane climb starting in Samoens about 5KM away.
